modern design comfortable bed friendly staff small room no closet warm room
the room design was great. it was modern but had a lot of character. the bed was SOFT but very comfortable. the staff was very friendly AND cute
rooms were very SMALL but clean. there was no closet space AT all. the rooms were very warm I could not manage the thermostat.

superb experience
cleanliness maintained facilities breakfast selection
the cleanliness impressed me, and the facilities, like the gym, are well maintained. i thought the breakfast selection was great. staff provided 24/7 access to complimentary coffee and tea. it was a charming stay!

nice room bottled water limited breakfast unwelcoming staff
the room was clean and tidy, and i found bottled water, coffee, and tea which was nice.
i was disappointed breakfast items were limited. there were no freshly cooked options or freshly prepared coffees unlike the machine made ones. the staff wasn't particularly cute especially on arrival.

the breakfast had various options including a waffle machine personnel was helpful with calling taxis i forgot an item in my room the staff helped to get it back to me i appreciated their speed and help with everything
the room was a bit small there was no closet space at all it was adequate for one person for one night but we stayed for several days with double rooms

corner windows comfortable bed refillable toiletries
the room had windows on two walls. the bed felt comfortable. sustainable toiletries were provided, refillable full size products replaced individual packaged soaps.
the restaurant in the hotel offers burgers only, but the special burger sauce was not very good.
